have configured virtually every vertical variant. Migrations to

The exact service we supply varies with the needs of each
customer. As well as providing complete project teams, we
frequently supply one or two real experts into a larger team to
inject extreme Siebel product knowledge into a project. The most
common things that we do include:
- Lead design workshops and build prototypes
- Map business requirements into the Siebel product to
maximize benefit and minimize modifications to the core
product
- Configure the most complex parts of the application
- Team lead and transfer knowledge to the customer employees
who will be responsible for ongoing maintenance
- Design and build interfaces to other applications
- Work with customers to create low risk deployment plans
- Run complete projects encompassing all of the above

who understands only configuration or only scripting or only
some other aspect of the application. Such an approach
inevitably leads to decisions which impact negatively on areas
that the consultant did not understand. Instead, whilst an
individual may have a specialization, all our consultants have
expert level skill in all major technical aspects of Siebel. We
regard this as an absolutely key differentiator between us and
our competitors.
Because of the extensive knowledge possessed by each individual
consultant, we can often complete projects at 1/2, 1/3rd or
1/5th of the cost estimated by others.
